The NJ/DE Digital Collective is a service made possible by the New Jersey State Library, the Delaware Department of Libraries, Rutgers University, and the University of Delaware. Content for the Collective include digital collections from libraries, museums, archives, and repositories from throughout the states of New Jersey and Delaware.

Governance
Activities of the NJ/DE Digital Collective, a DPLA service hub, are governed by an Executive Committee. This group makes decisions regarding policies, program strategies, budgetary monitoring and long-term sustainability. It is made up of representatives from the New Jersey State Library (NJSL) and the Delaware Division of Libraries (DDL), as well as founding partners. Once the hub is up and running, staggered terms will be established.
The Advisory Committee is the link between hub staff and leadership, and partner organizations. It is made up of 12 representatives from the various types of organizations that contribute to the hub, serving staggered terms and appointed by NJSL and DDL.
Our Partner Network forms the backbone of the hub’s work. At least one member should be appointed by each partner organization, although anyone interested in the NJ/DE Digital Collective can become part of the Partner Network.
